I have stayed here before, and it is still a comfortable experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The rooms are fashionable and reasonably large, and are complete with very cool decor, the wooden chair, as example. The location is excellent, the staff is excellent. Better choose this place to stay when in Bilbao.

Conversations and sounds from adjacent rooms are easily heard, which can be quite disruptive. Cleaning in the bathroom leaves much to be desired, with a noticeable lack of thoroughness in maintaining hygiene, and some rooms feel dated with vintage tiling that doesn't add charm, rather the opposite.
